Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner
Jessica has been a nurse since 2017 and graduated from her Nurse Practitioner program in 2023. She has a background in nursing in the Emergency Department, Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, Post Anesthesia Care Unit, and Aesthetics. She is always furthering her education by attending trainings and seminars. Jessica strives to provide safe, natural results. She prioritizes educating her patients on the aging process and always provides a thorough aesthetic assessment. Jessica always makes her patients feel comfortable and confident.
Outside of work, Jessica spends her days at home with her loving husband, adorable son, and their miniature Schnauzer, Cedar. She loves sports, going for walks with her son and mini Schauzer, hiking, camping, and spending quality time with her friends and family.
Nurse Practitioner
Justine is a newly graduated Nurse Practitioner who has been a dedicated Registered Nurse since 2017. She brings experience from Emergency, Forensics, Corrections, and Aesthetics, with aesthetics being her long-standing passion. Continuing her career as an NP in this specialty feels like a natural next step, and she is proud to provide high-quality, patient-centered aesthetic care.
Injectables are among Justine’s favorite treatments to perform, especially lip fillers. She is committed to delivering soft, natural results and enhancing each patient’s unique features. Justine prides herself on exceptional customer service and creating a comfortable, supportive environment for every patient. Her goal is always to help people feel more confident and empowered in their own skin.
Outside of work, Justine recently became a new mom to a beautiful baby girl, Ari. She loves spending time with her family and her four dogs—Jaxen, Nala, Remi, and Phoebe. In her spare time, she enjoys long walks, coffee dates, reading books, and binge-watching TV shows.
Front Desk / Medical Assistant
Faith serves a dynamic role in both patient care and office support. You’ll often find her assisting Dr. Mafi, supporting our Aesthetic Nurse Injector Jess during treatments, welcoming patients at the front desk or answering phone calls with her bright and friendly energy. No matter where she is, Faith is committed to making every patient feel comfortable, informed, and cared for—she’ll be with you every step of the way on your aesthetic journey.
Before joining our practice, Faith gained hands-on experience in patient care through in-home supportive services and residential care. Her natural compassion and dedication to helping others have made her a wonderful addition to the team. Looking ahead, Faith plans to further her career in healthcare by pursuing a nursing degree. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, exploring new places, and continuing to learn all she can about the field of medical aesthetics.
Surgical Coordinator
Nadine is the surgical coordinator at Mafi Plastic Surgery, bringing over 20 years of experience as a medical assistant and scheduler. Her extensive background equips her with the knowledge and expertise to manage the administrative and logistical aspects of surgical procedures with precision and care.
In her role, Nadine is responsible for scheduling surgeries, coordinating pre-operative preparations, and ensuring all necessary documentation is complete for a smooth and efficient surgical process. Her organizational skills and attention to detail help provide a seamless experience for both patients and the surgical team.
Fluent in Spanish, Nadine also plays a vital role in supporting our Spanish-speaking patients. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her children and relaxing with a good movie.
Patient Coordinator / Office Manager
Tiffany is a valued member of the Mafi Plastic Surgery team, known for her compassion, attentiveness, and dedication to patient care. In her dual role as a medical assistant and patient coordinator, she supports patients through every step of their journey—from the initial consultation to post-operative follow-up.
Tiffany guides patients by explaining procedures, setting expectations for healing and results, and provides ongoing care and reassurance throughout the process. She is dedicated to helping each patient feel comfortable, informed, and supported every step of the way.
Married to Dr. Mafi, Tiffany enjoys spending quality time with their two children when she’s not in the office. She also loves attending live sporting events, country music concerts, and giving back to the community through volunteer work.
