Jessica has been a nurse since 2017 and graduated from her Nurse Practitioner program in 2023. She has a background in nursing in the Emergency Department, Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, Post Anesthesia Care Unit, and Aesthetics. She is always furthering her education by attending trainings and seminars. Jessica strives to provide safe, natural results. She prioritizes educating her patients on the aging process and always provides a thorough aesthetic assessment. Jessica always makes her patients feel comfortable and confident.
Outside of work, Jessica spends her days at home with her loving husband, adorable son, and their miniature Schnauzer, Cedar. She loves sports, going for walks with her son and mini Schauzer, hiking, camping, and spending quality time with her friends and family.

Board-Certified Anesthesiologist | Fresno, CA
Dr. Omar Chowdhry is a board-certified anesthesiologist in Fresno, California, committed to perioperative care grounded in trust, transparency, and excellence. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Integrative Biology with Honors from UC Berkeley and his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine with Honors from Midwestern University’s Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine, where he simultaneously completed a Master of Education in Health Professionals Education. He completed his internship in Internal Medicine at UCSF-Fresno and his residency in Anesthesiology at Harvard’s Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. Dr. Chowdhry currently serves as clinical faculty at California Health Sciences University, mentoring the next generation of physicians. A proud Edison High School graduate, he has come full circle, bringing world-class training home to make a meaningful difference for his patients and neighbors in the Central Valley.
Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner
Justine is a newly graduated Nurse Practitioner who has been a dedicated Registered Nurse since 2017. She brings experience from Emergency, Forensics, Corrections, and Aesthetics, with aesthetics being her long-standing passion. Continuing her career as an NP in this specialty feels like a natural next step, and she is proud to provide high-quality, patient-centered aesthetic care.
Injectables are among Justine’s favorite treatments to perform, especially lip fillers. She is committed to delivering soft, natural results and enhancing each patient’s unique features. Justine prides herself on exceptional customer service and creating a comfortable, supportive environment for every patient. Her goal is always to help people feel more confident and empowered in their own skin.
Outside of work, Justine recently became a new mom to a beautiful baby girl, Ari. She loves spending time with her family and her four dogs—Jaxen, Nala, Remi, and Phoebe. In her spare time, she enjoys long walks, coffee dates, reading books, and binge-watching TV shows.

Faith brings a thoughtful, patient-centered approach to her work as an esthetician, blending clinical support with a genuine passion for helping others feel confident in their skin. Whether she’s assisting during aesthetic treatments, collaborating closely with providers, or guiding patients through their visit, Faith plays an integral role in creating a seamless and supportive experience. Her warm, approachable nature and attention to detail help ensure that every patient feels comfortable, informed, and cared for from start to finish.

Patient Coordinator / Office Manager
Tiffany is a valued member of the Mafi Plastic Surgery team, known for her compassion, attentiveness, and dedication to patient care. In her dual role as a medical assistant and patient coordinator, she supports patients through every step of their journey—from the initial consultation to post-operative follow-up.
Tiffany guides patients by explaining procedures, setting expectations for healing and results, and provides ongoing care and reassurance throughout the process. She is dedicated to helping each patient feel comfortable, informed, and supported every step of the way.
Married to Dr. Mafi, Tiffany enjoys spending quality time with their two children when she’s not in the office. She also loves attending live sporting events, country music concerts, and giving back to the community through volunteer work.
Assistant Administrator / Surgery Center Coordinator
Ashley is an integral part of the team, serving as a backbone of the office and playing a key role in supporting administrative operations. Her attention to detail and steady presence help ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently behind the scenes. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family and two cats- Abby and Charlie. She loves watching soccer games, going on hikes/long walks, and rewatching her favorite shows.
Certified Surgical Technologist
Marina is a Certified Surgical Technologist with more than twelve years of experience across the medical field. She earned her CST through SJVC and is proud to be part of Dr. Mafi's surgical team. With a refined, patient-centered approach, Marina is committed to creating a calm, comfortable environment and delivering an exceptional level of care throughout every stage of the surgical experience.
In her free time, Marina enjoys reading, spending time at home with her partner and two kittens, and being outdoors. She loves gathering with friends and family, trying new restaurants, and saying yes to last minute adventures.
Front Office Operations
Taleen is the friendly face at our front desk, making sure every patient feels welcomed from the moment they arrive. She helps with scheduling, answers phone calls, and keeps the office running smoothly, always greeting everyone with warmth and professionalism.
With previous front desk experience, Taleen brings strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a genuine love for helping others. She works hard to create a comfortable and positive environment where patients feel informed and at ease during their visit.
Outside of work, Taleen enjoys spending time with her family and friends, shopping, and exploring new places. She has been with her fiancé for over 10 years and loves building a life together while continuing to grow both personally and professionally.
Medical Assistant
Jersey is a Medical Assistant at Mafi Plastic Surgery. She is dedicated to providing compassionate care and ensuring every patient feels comfortable throughout their experience. She assists with patient care, supports the surgical team, and helps create a smooth and positive experience from consultation to recovery.
In her free time, Jersey enjoys spending time with friends and family, walking her dog, trying new restaurants, staying active, and traveling whenever she gets the chance. She values balance in her life and enjoys making the most of her time outside of work.
