Meet Parham Mafi, M.D., F.A.C.S.
Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon
Dr. Mafi is a board-certified plastic surgeon dedicated to enhancing the appearance and self-confidence of his patients. With a background in molecular cell biology and a passion for precision, he brings both a scientific approach and artistry to his surgical practice. He completed a fellowship in plastic and reconstructive surgery, gaining comprehensive training in aesthetic surgery of the face and body, body contouring, breast surgery, and facial rejuvenation.
As a physician, Dr. Mafi is committed to building a relationship with every patient grounded in trust, honesty, and personalized care. He continually seeks to advance his skills and bring the latest, most innovative surgical techniques to his practice, training alongside some of the world’s most renowned surgeons.
Outside of the practice, Dr. Mafi enjoys spending time with his wife, Tiffany, and their two children, Elena and Bardia. Whether in the operating room or at home with his family, his goal remains the same: to make a meaningful and positive difference in the lives of those around him.

Our team brings together a highly skilled plastic surgeon, experienced aesthetic nurse injectors, and a knowledgeable aesthetician, all committed to helping you achieve your cosmetic goals. Surgery is performed at Mafi Surgery Center, the practice’s own facility accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care, so your consultation, your procedure, and your follow-up visits all happen in one place. Located within walking distance of one another, our office and surgery center make it easy to receive consistent, personalized care from consultation through recovery.
